Hi everyone,

Fairly new to this, so please don't flame me for asking silly questions...

I am American and currently living in Brazil. I have received a job offer in the U.S. and will move there. I want to bring my Brazilian wife and American/Brazilian son.

The facts:

-American citizen married to Brazilian citizen for over 3 years

-We were married in the U.S. and have marriage certificate

-Wife speaks English, has a PhD, has a valid tourist visa for the U.S.

-We have a son together with American and Brazilian citizenship

Can anyone please direct me to the right type of visa to start researching?

Thank you very much!
