Anyone have an interview after June 9th?

Hello,

I am just curious if anyone has had an interview after June 9th and what they have said to you about your visa being printed/processed. Because of this 'delay' that the travel.state.gov website has posted about not being able to print visas, I am wondering if any recent interviewees have anything they can add. I am just hoping that someone has been told something by an embassy. My fiance Currently has an interview scheduled for July 7th....actually they sent him 2 inteview times for July 7th at the London Embassy but we are worried about the processing times to get the visa after that as we have a wedding planned for August 30th. Sigh.

Hoping someone has had a recent interview and learned about this printing delay. If you have any info please let me know. Thanks

People have been posting up to yesterdays that CO's have said there is still an issue and they can't say when it will be fixed but they will contact you when you can pick up Visa/Passport.

Hopefully by July it will be fixed.

I'm so glad someone started this forum!! Our interview is July 8 and the wedding is August 9... we are already cutting it close, I know (PLEASE everyone, spare me the "you shouldn't have planned the wedding" speech - I've heard it enough, thanks), but we were stuck at TSC for 7 months I hope we can all keep each other posted!

Yeah I'm quite nervous about it too since my interview is June 25th and I was really hoping to leave Canada by July 12th and get married August 14th :s

My interview is June 30th at the Montreal consulate... Wondering if anyone here has been affected by it? I'm really hoping it'll be resolved by then... Our wedding is August 1, it's cutting it close, I know.

My fiance had his on June 2nd.. I don't think they printed his visa yet because we are still in Administrative Processing (he got approved). If I don't hear something by Tuesday we will probably write to the embassy and see if we were affected. Hopefully it gets resolved by then.

I started both threads, the one Friday with over 3000 hits, and this one.

I think from what I have read and heard today.,.,.,.,."this is much worse than they are saying!!!"

I have a close friend in AP in Manila since May 29th.,.,.,..,.just for a police clearance cert., and all her paper work and passport is there in Manila. Now we have no idea what to expect.

Yes, she was in AP before the June 9 date they are using, but we are also told, "they cannot print any visas, out side the USA at its consulates.

This is a huge mess, and I am afraid it is much worse than stated! It is just my opinion.

June 18 and yea it sucks, but not a thing that can be done so I'm not worried or on pins, too many stressors in life that I can control that to worry about those I can't. It will come when it does.

My interview was last Thursday and I was told to wait 14 business days. No one mentioned anything about any delays

June 24 interview here, we will just have to wait and see how bad this will affect things.
