Got rejection notice on May 29, 2015 for an incomplete application

Receive rejected application on June 6, 2015

Resubmit June 8, 2015

Delivered June 9, 2015

NOA Date : 2015-06-16

Bio. Appt. : 2015-07-06

EAD and AP Approved Date : 2015-08-14

Date Combo Card Received : 2015-08-21 (Received my card about 6hrs apart on the same day they sent an e-mail that they shipped my card).

Receive Potential Interview Waiver Letter: September 9, 2015 sigh!!

My wife is Filipino, so we have had some experience with this. They are not real punctual with up dating the web sites. Not to worry.

Congrats, you will have your visa soon a few days, to a week.

My wife was 12 days, after the interview. (work days, and holiday tomorrow there, well now if we were in the Phils.)

Usually, if they keep your passport, it is good news.

Yup they kept my passport.They said 7-10 wotking days I will receive my visa but til now my visa status still "Ready" ---your case is open..Im really so worried.I applied K1 visa then I got approved during my interview..I was wondering some of K1 within 10 days they issued their visa already.I ferl I was left behind..:( But I'm still hoping and praying that pretty soon they will issued my visa..Nway,Thank you..

I was interviewed last May 27 here in phils and I was approved but everytime I checked my visa status its shows READY from may27- may 30-- for ur interview and medical etc that I was already done...then June 2 it was updated date only but still READY --- your case is open..until now its been 2 weeks after my interview my case still "READY" what this mean? Im so worried about my visa if when they are goin to issued..I hope theirs no problem cause Im already approved..Still hoping and Praying for my visa to be issued and everything will be fine...Guys do you kbow some cases like mine.Any advise pls...Thank you..

I think the best thing you could do is call the USEM regarding your status.:) goodluck to us and im praying we'll receive our visas soon.:)
