Hi all Im wondering if someone can give me some advise.

Im up for removal of conditions on my CR1 in December now my issue is this. My wife who is the amercian citizen is going to start university in New Jersey so we will have to move from Minnesota to NJ during the 3 month period prior to my expirey. My application I am putting in exactly 90 days but will be moving during these 90 days. Do i just file a change of address when I move or will this cause me issues?

How far into the 90 days will you move? You will have to file the change of address form anyway but if you move early enough in the 90-day window, I would just wait and use the new address. If you are moving toward the end of that window, I would submit the form as soon as the window opens, so most likely you will have your biometrics done by the time you actually move and all you will have to wait on is your GC at your new address (that is, if you do not get an RFE).

What About if you move while waiting for I-751 to be approved ?

Submit an AR-11 online and then double check in a few weeks that they indeed have the new correct address.

Not possible my wifes college wont allow her postpone anymore and im not going to hold her back.
