I would call the number on the letter they sent you and ask them for the address to resend the photo's to. When we sent our photo's in, we also sent ours copied off on regular paper.

Since they are now separated from your file. I would wait to send them if requested more information on bonafide relationship or RFE or save them for the interview. there is no telling what stage your petition is and if it was passed on to another officer for review. At this point it would be useless to send them in since they were rejected, they are not apart of your original file now. Don't panic. you will have an opportunity to show the photos at another stage in the process. just keep your letter and reformat your pictures and have them ready when needed. you wont be denied/ especially if you have other supporting evidence. good luck

We printed all our photos on letter sized paper with little comments on what they were and that was accepted.

Did you include a lot of other bona fida proof in the packet you sent with your I-130? If you already sent a lot of good bona fida proof, I'd just leave the photos and bring them to the interview. But if the photos are some of the strongest bona fida proof you have, then I think it's important that you get them to USCIS in the format they prefer.

Send it to the same address that you sent your petition to, include your case number on the back. Include dates the pictures were taken as well as whose in the picture. You can also sideload at the NVC stage with more pictures. I placed all of our pictures in a ziploc baggies stapled to a sheet of paper with our case number written on the white paper.
