HELLO EVERYBODY, WITH MY FIANCEE WE HAVE SENT OUR PETITION FOR VISA K-1 THE MAY 29 SO 10 DAYS AGO AND WE DON'T HAVE YET THE NOA1, IT'S NORMAL ???

Did you send it with tracking? Did you use a check to pay? Have they cashed the check? Loom into those things, but 10 days isn't completely abnormal.

Yes of course, we have a tracking and i don't know for the check, i need ask my fiancee but she don't have email and text message from uscis !!!! A lot of people have their NOA1 after 4-5 days!!

So have you checked the tracking? You really have to remain calm and patient. This process requires a lot of patience. It's not unheard of for you to not have the NOA1 yet, so just wait a few more days. Good luck!

Hey, well we mailed ours on the 13th of May and received the NOA1 letter in the mail on the 26th. It was dated the 18th, but obviously took some time to get to us. Could be the same for you..

I moved to Australia March 2013!
Engaged April 20th, 2015!
Petition sent 5-13-2015!
NOA1 5-17-2015!
NOA2 6-26-2015!
Left NVC for Sydney, Australia 7-21-2015!

"Ready" in Sydney 8-3-2015!

Interview Date 10-27-2015!

* APPROVED at Interview *
