Hey guys just wanted you guys to know that I just received my Parents I-130 approval notice (I-797) in the mail in just 25 days.WOW AMAZING. Good Job California. That has to be a record.

Mailed I-130 on April 27. USCIS received on May 5th . Receipts I received on May 12 and May 30 I received approval of both.

So my questions are:

What happens next? Do I contact NVC or they contact me or my parents in India regarding the Agent form and sending documents ? Also if they contact my parents is it via phone? or Mail address ?

Another question though, in reading through the sample online of the DS 260 & 261, it says the beneficiaries must sign electronically. So if I am here in the US and they are in India, do I just sign on their behalf? Will the NVC not question the IP Address and question the validity of the electronic signature that it actually came from my parents? Or by being the Agent, does that allow me to sign on their behalf? Once again, thank you for your response guys . Good luck to all you guys too with your respective cases. Thanks.
