Help Please! Here on B2, NVC process ongoing, remote work for company outside US.

Yea... Brrrrr... I think I am still shaken by her reply. Eventhough I have read a lot and did my homework here at VJ, it kind of gets to you that the person supposed to advise you and look for ways to help you is only trying to scare you and start making you think you need to pay them an extra fee.

I don't think it is right to make people feel like this. And I agree, this would be time to change lawyers if it came to that point.

As long as she has been handling the paperwork properly and in a timely manner, now wouldn't be the time to alienate her by complaining about her "tactics", especially seeing you've got some money you've already paid her. But when all is said and done with gc in hand, Id' let er rip on her.
