Hello! I am so happy to see everyone's progress. It is encouraging for me and makes it a tad bit easier to endure the wait. :-)

My AOS package was delivered to the Chicago lockbox on June 8th. I received the text/email NOA on June 17th. It was a loooooong 9 days. lol I haven't received my hard copy NOA1 yet. I had to go out of town today for 3 days so I really hope it is in the mailbox when I return.

Even though the email said I should wait until I received the hard copy before going to check my status online, I checked online and I'm glad I did. I saw that though it says the fingerprinting fee for the I485 was received on June 17th, the I130 and I765 notices say they were received on June 9th. So maybe I'm not as far behind everyone as I thought.

I saw some people saying to expect to get the biometrics letter about 7-10 days after you receive the NOA1 hard copy. And I'm amazed that some June filers have biometrics appointments this month. I hope I can be one of them. By the way, I see Yelli's timeline says biometrics appointment for both EAD and I485 on the same day. Does that mean sometimes people have to do biometrics separately for each one?

Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone!

Day 00 - 6/08/2015 - I130,I485,I765 Package delivered to Chicago lockbox

Day 01 - 6/09/2015 - USCIS records package is received (according to online case status check, though the NOA texts/emails weren't sent to me until 8 days later)

Day 09 - 6/17/2015 - Received text & e-confirmation of NOA. Case accepted & routed to USCIS National Benefits Center

Day 15 - 6/23/2015 - Received 797c NOA letters of receipt by snail mail

Day 22 - 6/30/2015 - Received biometrics appt letter

Day 29 - 7/07/2015 - Biometrics appt

Day 36 - 7/14/2015 - Received RFE for documents that were included and clearly labeled in application package. Will resend required information this week.

I didn't know you could get a biometrics appt letter for the EAD, when I received it on Saturday and saw that it was for that, I thought it was just because they need my biometrics to issue it? But then my husband texted me a picture of today's letter which said it was for the I-485 so that's when I was like ok maybe it's 1 for each? But it's schueduled for the same date and time so I'm guessing they do it once for both forms and just put it in the system? Idk. Also when I put it in my timeline on Saturday I noticed it said Biometrics for EAD (if any) so guess there is a chance y'all can get 1 for each for mas well.

Thanks blahblahblog for the summary. I'm pretty surprised that not so many people filed for June. Either people don't know about this thread or there's another thread that we don't know about...

Since I have an important meeting that I can't miss on 6/30. I tried to walk in for biometrics this morning. The process is very fast and easy. Took me only 10 minutes. Also, remember to bring your marriage certificate if you changed your name. They asked for it to verify my ID.

just received 3 letters (NOAs), but we applied for 2 (wife and self) , so I am assuming I should get 3 more ?

What do you mean by applied for 2?

I got 4 NOAs for I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 (for AP to travel). If you didn't apply for travel documents, 3 NOAs sound about right to me....
