Unlikely, after spending so much time in the US the border officers may think you are misusing the tourist visa you were granted. And it sounds like you are. It sounds like you plan on entering the US on a tourist visa and adjusting status. This is visa fraud. If I can see it, I am sure a border officer would as well

They would first need to admit you, can see a few questions about that and secondly screw up, by law they are only supposed to admit you until the original date.

We would get married here most likely. (In the states) but then we would eventually move to Australia within 2 years. I would continue touring and seeing america while we organise forms for her immigration to AUS and marriage ones to U.S. If that makes sense?

I have no intent whatsoever to abuse the visitor visa!! Please don't have that thought. There is not one intention in abusing it. As I have family, job offers, university (college)
