follow this for packet 3 http://photos.state.gov/libraries/hochiminh/231771/PDFs/K-INSTRUCTION.pdf and get your docs for i134 to send to her. Get your DS160 done and create an account on ustraveldocs.vn so u can pay for the visa fee.

I sent her my birth certificate. She also had to send hers in as well. Always wanna play it safe just as a precaution.

Thanks zeta054... Another question for you: I just created an acct on ustraveldocs using my fiancee's info. However, around 2011/2012 or so, she did fill out a DS-160 for a tourist visa (coming to visit me) using another ustraveldocs acct that she created back then. Will there be any conflicts with the account I just created and the one she created back then due to both accounts bearing the same info of the same person? What's your opinion on this subject? I would appreciate other Viet K-1's to chime in here too!! Thanks mucho for your feedback!!

I don't think it will cause an issue. The new ds160 is what u need on the account u just created

Steve... You can register on the USCIS page to get text msg and email notification for when your petition has a change of status, e.g. approval or RFE or etc.

Mccorleone, Where do I register on USCIS or do i need to fill out a form ?

2015-03-16 :Back to USA, could not file for I-129F, until my divorce paper was finalize.

2015-05-08 :Submitted I-129F to Lewisville, TX Lockbox via USPS

2015-05-13 :NOA-1 (Received official Receipt Notice from the mail)

2015-06-22 :NOA-2 (Received approval by text and email)

2015-06-26 :NOA-2 (Received official approval, Form I-797) note on the I-797, notice date 2015-06-22

2015-07-21 :Finally able to talk to NVC, got HCM#, case still in administrative review, not going to Vietnam yet.

As you can see from my timeline, NOA2 dated 13th and I got it in the mail 18th. So only a few days; mine was from CSC.

Hello everyone.

I knew this thread for long time ago but I just have registered this page now.

I need some advises from you guys.My case was approved on June 18 and was sent to Consulate on 5 June too..I already had my case number but when I try to check my case status in CEAC then It said in red line"invalid " with Nonimmigration and "No return any data "with immigration.

Does anyone have same my situation?

My fiancé have called NVC again and was given the same case number(?????)it mean my case is correct.

But when I enter my case number under Immigrantion .it saied "no return any data"

I supposed that I can check my case until Consulate receive and update them.?
