Thank you, KASH 2011 for the RTE guide!

It seems like most people have received their NOAs already. Is it concerning that ours has not arrived? We mailed it overnight and we have the returned certified mailing already, as well as the check being cashed, so at least we are covered with that.

2/15/13 Married at last!
4/20/13 Entire package sent (I130, I485 and supporting documents)

5/16/13 NOA-Entire AOS Package (I130, I485, AP, EAD)

5/29/13 Successful early Biometrics walk-in (one month early)

6/14/13 RFE Received for I485

6/19/13 RFE Accepted for Review

6/25/13 Application Ready for Interview Scheduling

7/15/13 Combo card EAD/AP Arrived in the mail

8/15/13 INTERVIEW

8/20/13 AOS APPOVED!

He should be OK to travel with his soon to expire GC and his extension letter especially after completing his biometrics which would probably be sometime next month!

I think you should be receiving your NOA sometime this week or next!

Hi I am new to this forum but have read the responses that many of you have posted and see how big of a support this is.

We mailed out our I751 packet on May 29 2015. I have not received an NOA and my check has not been cashed. Only thing I received was the green return receipt for the packet with a stamped stated received by USCIS June 1, 2015. I am filling in the California Center. Should I be worried that I haven't received the NOA or that the check hasn't been cashed? I would appreciate any responses with any thoughts or helpful tips.

Tried to reply & quote to include my information in the table, but it didn't look right no matter what I tried. So I don't mess things up for anyone else:

I-751 packet mailed 6/6/15; received at CSC on 6/7/15

NOA with 6/8/15 receipt date received on 6/12/15

Now we'll wait on the biometrics letter from ASC.

I would give it another week or so before calling USCIS to find out! Also double check to be sure USCIS has your correct mailing address in their system! Let us know what you find out!

VSC and my receipt notice was 06/08/2015.
