Hi Friends,

Finally...I got my medicals done and my biometrics...my final interview at the US Embassy is scheduled on June 03, 2015.

I have all documents. However, I have a question...My wife spent 5 months in 2013 and 2 months in 2014 with me in Doha and India respectively, because of which her net income fell just short of the required minimum. My wife stays with her Grandparents in the same house & we now have her grandpa as the co-sponsor (I-864A...if u know what I mean) who's income is alright. So, is everything under control on that part..??? That's all I want to know...

what do you mean his income is alright? does it fulfill the Poverty Guidelines requirement for 2015? http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf

If yes, then, indeed everything is fine

07.09.2015- NOA1 for EAD/AP

07.24.2015- RFE :ranting:

08.13.2015- USCIS accepted RFE response

09.08.2015- EAD received

Waiting for the interview :clock:

12.19.2015 WE GOT THE GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL!!!!! No interview :)

ROC

10.25.2017 ROC packet received by VT Service Center

11.02.2017- Received NOA dated 10.26.2017

11.29.17- Completed Biometrics

Waiting for the interview :clock:

Dear Friend Dohan.

As per the Tax returns and other docs I have for him..The income is between 33-35k and the household members are 3:The grandparents + my wife. As per the pdf (link) file u provided..seems fine...would you please confirm the same bro?
