NVC Payment Portal Issue

The NVC Payment Portal is still down. Cant get in. I am trying from past 3 weeks. Finished DS-261 and reviewd over the phone last week. So, frustrated now. Anybody else having the same problem? Did anybody paid through money order or check? How long it takes to process the fees? Did you anybody able to access DS-260 after make a payment through money order? Please share your experience.

I am having the same issue. I am hoping for some answers like you brother. I Plan to call NVC on Monday and demand to speak with supervisor. i have been waiting to fill out DS261 and make payment for about a month now. totally unacceptable.

same boat ........ i've sent money order through mail to NVC tow days ago hope it will work i think it will take 10 days to get paid on system

for ds 260 still i don't know what we have to do but i'm working step by step

my advice to do money order to saving time

I just completed DS-261 (choice of agent) and made payment for my father/mother in-laws. I think it's back and is working again.

I called NVC couple of days back and someone told me that their mainframe was down for more than 3 weeks. Amazing but that's what I was told.

I would recommend you guys to try it now. Good luck

I just tried now but still getting the termination message. Hopefully it will be back next week. Let's see. Congratulation for your case

Same here stuck on ds-260 mailed in MO for iv,got the invoice couple of weeks back but still didn't show as paid on nvc portal. cant proceed to ds-260. called em couple of times said same thing they are fixing the bug but didn't tell the exact time when it will back up again. hope for the best !

Hi guys,

Still not able to pay the AOS fee (after three weeks), waiting for the email where they will invoice the IV fee (after having had the DS-261 reviewed last week) and thinking about sending both the fees through mail.

When I log in in the CEAC website, I do not see any "termination message".

I am attaching the screenshot of what I have in front of me.

Is what you get as well?

I am getting this below message every time i hit the sign in button in the payment portal

This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

just filled my DS261 completed and mailed the fee to St.louis center yaaaaay guys..made a lil progress today.

i got my Welcome letter by end of march on that time i started to collect the documents but since the beginning i didn't get access to Ds 260 and IV as well as you know

so what about you... what's your PD
