Hi,

Just curious about the requirements for application for Us Carrier cell no. And when can i apply after poe?

Thanks.

Ask someone to take you to T MOBILE OR ATNT MOBILE. I got one in only 60 dollars 5 GB data unlimited calls. In that way you can use your phone no need to buy US phone. If you want one you can go ahead and get one with cdma technology. In that service provider will provide you phone. It will not have sim in it. I just got SIM card because I have been using this note 4 and it was new. So i thought why to buy another phone. Lol.

you can be added in a family plan if any of their cellphone is under a cellphone provider like tmobile or sprint. You can get prepaid phone which you can buy at stores like Walmart or Target. You can also get phone from a smaller cell providers like cricket, metropcs, or simple mobile.

You could also sign up for Republic Wireless as their plans are $10 per month unlimited calls/texts. Phones run about $150 new for a Moto G. You can add data for another $15 if needed. Can't beat the price.

Another option is to have someone set up the phone line in their name and add you as an authorized user. I had a family member do that for me as I didn't have credit at the time and after 2 years or so of paying the bills on time, I was able to put it in my name. Or, get a pay as you go phone through ATT like others have suggested. Just go to Walmart or Target or an authorized seller of particular cell phones and get it set up as someone suggested.

Also if you have a cell phone and it's already unlocked, you can use that as well at least.
