Dumsor don spoil everything for Ghana!! lol...Im not making light of your long wait, but I'm about fed up with Ghana right now and this light situation. Just at times when I think its getting better, it gets worse again...and now Vodafone is so much affected by it, that we barely can browse at home because the internet goes out shortly after the light is taken! I wont doubt its somehow affecting the embassy.

@Kofi1...thats a rather unusual wait . Sorry about that and hopefully you hear from them soon...in the interim, gather all required documents you would be needing and organize them and plan for your medicals, thats what you can control at this point. All the best and good luck.

I have completed my case filed by my wife on 27 march. It's more than two months now but NVC has not schedule interview at the US Embassy in Accra Ghana. We called and they say we should wait. Can any one tell when should we expect the interview letter.

This week coming many should be hearing good news. Come on over to the Interview thread.

~~moved to progress reports from process and procedures.~~

Wait times for interviews vary greatly. I suggest joining the monthly interview thread and looking at the spreadsheet for timelines. It can take anywhere from a few weeks to over a year to get an interview after a case complete and there is nothing to do but wait.

U two weeks, mine only a week after we got married. I left because I have to come back to work the following Monday, so we weren't able to go on our honeymoon. Everything went on faster with the USCIS, but it got to the nvc we submitted everything, only my 2014 tax returns we weren't able to submit because it wasn't ready in the irs system, and they sent me a checklist for that, I requested for it the same day, fill out another AOS, mailed it to them and they scanned into their system on April 28 up to now, they said they haven't review it. I called them every morning. I'm really having a sleepless night about the whole situation.
