It is hard to say, You should hear something by July 28th, It will either be an approval, an interview letter, or an interview waiver letter. Since they now have the info they wanted they can start working on your case. If it is an interview waiver letter then it could be up to a year to get a response from what I have seen on here. If it is an interview it could be a few months from the date of the response. All you can do it wait for them to update your case. You should have somthing by the date in the letter.

Nothing to worry about, I had a similar letter months back after an RFE, just means they didn't have all teh info they needed, you gave it to them, now they have and your case is back in the pipeline. Chill out, relax and wait for the next update.

No need to freak out. This case status simply means that they received your RFE response. Your case status will soon change to "Ready To Be Scheduled An Interview". It is very unlikely that they would deny you without an interview.

Start to collect evidence of bonafide relationship and commingling finances ASAP, you will need it at the interview. Joint lease/mortgage, life/health/car insurance, affidavits from family and friends, utility bills with both names on it, credit cards, joint bank accounts, etc.
