Hi everyone!

I find this forum really very helpful.

We have completed the step 1 on the nvc process, that is choosing an agent. We completed this last April 13, 2015. How long will they reply?

And when i checked on the ceac website, and tried logging in using my nvc and invoice id, it's giving me a new form for the ds-261 when we have already completed that. We even have the email that confirms that it's completed. What does that mean?

And should we wait for nvc's reply before we go to step 2, which is paying the fees?

Thank you all in advance.

Dont go into the Ds-261 or else it'll delay it for 30 days again. Use the NVC guide on here VJ. I doubt you'll be able to pay any fees since the website has been down for a month now. We are all waiting

Hi ,

I m on the same boat for F4 Case. Completed COA on 14th Apr. I called NVC yesterday , they told me AOS fees should be open by next mid week.

But as said above , NVC site has lot of issues so it may get delayed.

I mean i didnt go through another ds-261 if thats what u mean. The site is really acting because it should say that we've completed that already but it's giving us a blank form again.

Can u please give me the link to the nvc guide here in VJ? Thanks so much

Hi, there

Just like to ask how many years it took for you to received notice for the step1, choice of agent? And among the choices, which one can you say is more efficient? Just wondering, thanks!!
