Travel to Ukraine after approved ROC with I 551 stamp

I've assured Lena that because of her ROC approval letter and I-551 stamp (not expired, waiting for 10 yr GC) from the Field Office in Detroit, she would have no issues at Customs on either end of a trip to Ukraine. Am I right?

Good question, I have RUB acquaintances that have been waiting up to 7 months for the 10 year GC. A bit more reassured with your reply. Thanks.
