Has anybody else experience having the IV fee not available to be paid online yet even after already paying the AOS fee weeks later? I call the NVC last weeks and they process my DS-261 over the phone and said the IV fee will be available in 3-4 days after waiting a month from the day i paid my AOS fee.

I am reading other forums and hearing rumors that NVC is sending checklist for IV fee not being paid but how you suppose pay it when is not available? and the other only method would be by mail witch would cause more delay in processing your case.

Has anybody had this IV fee delay? how long did you have to wait since paying the AOS fee? and how was the problem resolve if you did manage to get it resolve some way?

When you go to log in you should have seen a big red error explaining this issue the system has been completely awful nothing for much of anyone for over 2 weeks now with no hope in sight . I mailed my iv fee in as i am done waiting I've waited way too long to pay it almost 2 months in another week so they will get the fee on Tuesday . Your best bet might be sending it in as it's not taking too long for it to be processed by some of those that have reported recently doing this .

I could also suggest waiting one more week. I have been in the same situation for roughly 2 weeks. Just when I was about to mail a check myself, I was able to pay online. We are hoping to have the IV application available either Tuesday or Wednesday now :)

Yeah I called them and they said go ahead that they don't know when the system will be fixed for most people it's getting fixed for a random few but I know my luck i won't be one of those random few . They said its getting processed rather quick right now so I finally decided to go ahead with it . Waiting another week wasn't in my cards .
