I know johnny, i call them like everyday . They said because they had some problem with their website , my ds260 has not been reviewed it. They asked me to wait another 42 days just to get my ds260 to be reviewed. My case has already been eacalated , but supervisor also doesnt seem to be helping me.

Am not sure if NVC have started scheduling for July, it seems they have not. There has been no scheduled July interview even for immediate relatives. Hang on guys, we are almost at the finish line, VLAD77, even while my case is current for June I kept getting the no visa is available for you response, they would insist they are working on September fliers for the month of June. July is definitely your month. I would update as soon as I learn NVC has started scheduling, I wonder why the are delaying. July is our month, keep the hope alive. I know this week we should get a positive info from NVC.

Congrats! Real happy for you and great to know that scheduling has begun. The forum should be busy the next few days. Quick question - Were you scheduled while you were on the phone with the CSR or did they just basically say that the system had already scheduled you?
