Cant send off RFE till Tuesday cause memorial day or what ever says i got 87 days but letter was sent on april 22nd didnt get till now will i be ok? Wondering how long till they receive it if i mail it Tuesday that's what 32 days already out of 87 or something.

If you are mailing within the US, then they should receive it within 5 days. Also, a lot of government documents go by the date the letter was postmarked versus actually received. But don't know for sure if that's the case for RFE'.s

Did you get an RFE notice on your Case Status page online? Just wondering in case that mail may get lost.

i only recently received it though and due to waiting for my father in laws birth certificate to come back i haven't been able to mail it until now. they asked for his birth certificate as a co- sponsor i plan to mail is Tuesday coming since i cannot Monday due to memorial day and yes im in the USA as VWP over stayer who got married after my husband proposed and asked me not to leave again.

April 22 + 87 days = July 18

Your letter should easily get there before July 18.
