You should be able to appeal or ask a laywer. have you been traveling a lot or have long overseas stay? it's possible something trigger something. Did you go to the interview with all those docs?

i haven't been outside of country since i came here... no overstay time...

first time then i had info pass appointment...i gave them one more time all copies of documents... that they wanted to see.

i will make appointment with lawyer... to see what he will say...

After my wife's successful interview, her file was "misplaced", stepdaughter's application was denied, because she had to answer to assault and battery charges when she was 17 months old.

In both cases, with their consent, contacted my senator's office and they got this squared away in a hurry. With my stepdaughter, just got a new senator that decided to take a long vacation and not even set up an immigration help department, so I contacted the other one.

Contact your senator. In both cases, received a letter of apology from our USCIS office. With the documentation they claim is missing, sure you are applying for the three year.
