ceac website issues

I have paid AOS fee on 20th May 2015 but nothing since then. I dont know what's next.

This is what is so weird about this CEAC website problem. How come KierenHby can get in and it looks like pay the IV and AOS fees on April 8 (during which the same time I was unable to do anything with the site) and currently can get into the DS-260 screens, while myself and others are completely stuck with no functionality from the site? How can it work for some people and not others?

Is this an intermittent problem? Not that I'm doubting all threads on this topic, but.

I attempted login 3-5 times as a test different days this week, and had no issues logging in every time. I'm able to view my fees are paid.

I successfully logged in to the DS-260 portal at least twice this week. Once as petitioner, once as beneficiary.

What am I not seeing\missing that others are?

I know some people can fill in DD-260 since June 19. but I still can't ,,,,??

I had been waiting for my immigrant visa fee invoice and after 1 month I got an email from NVC. That was the invoice but when I go to the ceac.state site, I'm still unable to find the invoice. So, finally, I paid the invoice through Money Order. Now, I got another email from the NVC to submit form DS 230 but again I'm not able to view that form on the ceac site.

Yes. DS 230 is not enabled to me yet.

CEAC status updates are messed up due to the glitch. I have been able to log into CEAC every day but it wasn't updated since the 10th saying that my fiance's K-1 visa was in AP. Yesterday the status update date changed but still said AP. I decided to call NVC to find out what is going on and I was told that our visa was ready to be issued but the ceac webside is messed up.

Hope I'm posting in the right place, what does it mean if your status goes from ready to issued back to ready again? It just happened , this is for Amsterdam. Any an all answers will be greatly appreciated.
