Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received

On May 20, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number SRC149043----. Our Texas Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by July 19, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

LOL

don't they tell you- you will receive response by July 19. I think this is pretty straightforward.

they give you 60 days- this is how long you should prepare yourself to wait. If it happens faster, then consider yourself lucky.

CSC also updated my case as received RFE and beginning to work on my case again. it was for circumstances that led to relationship. they wanted information about the online site I met him on. If it was IMB. silly I didn't include that just said met online. In any case my RFE receipt letter is also dated May 20th and they will either update my case or decide by July 19 as yours does. We can only be patient in this. I am so nerve wrecked about this process it pitiful what we go through. However for those that have abused the system, we are left to pay for their mistakes and must preserver in order to be with our loved ones. So after all of that, is it safe to assume that once you get the RFE that is all that is wrong with your petition and if you satisfied that then they can move on to a decision OR is there a risk of a different RFE after they reviewed this one? Anyone ever got an RFE for 2 separate matters?
