Timeline

how long (aproximately) does it take to renew a tourist visa?

im in the process of K1 visa, and i want my father to fly with me to the states to meet my fiances parents, after that he will leave the states.

will that be a problem if hes going to renew his tourist visa?

You don't really "renew" your tourist visa per se, when the visa expires you simply need to obtain the new one from the embassy.

No one can tell you how long the process will take in your country, I can tell you that before my country had visa waiver it never took long. The longest I waited for the appointment/interview was 3 weeks (that was in the summer though. the busiest time), and I always picked up the passport with visa in it the following day.

It might. It is all up to the consular officer if he/she decides that your K-1 visa is a 'tie' to the US for your father.

It will also depend on how strong of ties your father has to Israel
