Based upon what I saw at the range yesterday, yes. A biker group came and went to the pistol line. Number 1, they couldn't follow safety rules (like not touching the bench during ceasefires). Number 2. They shot up the wooden stand that holds the targets at 15 yds to the point where it snapped. One of the ROs told them, if they can't hit anything at 15yds, they should go to the 7yd area.

They were wearing matching leather.
