I sent in my application the end of March. I finally got a NOA1 on April 1st. Everytime I check online or call it can't locate me,

or says there's an error. My lawyer says it's normal, and when I talked to the rep at USCIS they told me to give it 30-45 days.

I think I'm starting to get annxious and thinking what's going on.

I feel I included everything in my packet

Whatsapp messages from day 1

Emails

My flight tickets

My future flight ticket info

Hotel deposit info

Photos

Letters/cards between the 2 of us

Affidavits

Letters of Intent (from both of us)

Both our birthcertificates

Both our passports/travel documents

**Anything not in english, I had an offical translate it.

My divorce decree

My proof of employement/tax return info

Did you write a letter saying how you two met? It's needed and literally doesn't have to be more than two or three sentences. Such as... "we met in Octobet of 2013 while I was on vacation. I was at a bookstore and she caught my eye at the checkout counter." Stupid, but needed. Also do your intent letters actually say that you are going to marry ".....within 90 days of coming"? You actually have alot of unneccesary things but that's alright. Other than that looks good.....I'm assuming you did the G-325A for each of you.

The error thing does happen sometimes....

Maybe its just a system error. The website goes coocoo a lot. I read on other threads here that others have been having the same issue. Just relax. You have a NOA1, that means you're on their records.

Ok, I double checked yes my fiance filled out the biographical form. I can't remember if my lawyer had me fill one out. But also I looked, the letter I wrote did mention how we met, when we met, our common interests and the intent to marry. His letter was a little shorter, and mentioned we met, and how I was purchased tickets to come back in April, and the intent to marry.

The letters from my mom, my friend and his father was stating our relationship, how we are engaged and our relationship is bona fide, it's real.
