ds 160 question

Hi i have submitted my ds 160 but m worried about two things

one in the family information section as my wifes father has no surname so i just wrote his first name and on the surname part left it as do not know. Will that have an effect on application as his father has only one name latifullah.

Secondly in pakistani passports, issuing authority is shown as pakistan and no specific city is mentioned but on ds 160 it asked for a city and i wrote islamabad. For me the visa has been issued with this being no problem. My wifes visa though was approved but has been in admin processing since 7 may and i was thinking maybe this might have caused problem as in real i just saw the address of the visa issuing authority on website was rawalpindi and not islamabad but issuing authority of passport is Pakistan which i have mentioned correctly on ds 160 in country of issue. Islamabad and rawalpindi are twin cities in real.

Me and my wife were asked to pick our passport in 5 business days on 7 may 2015 when we had our interview but i got the passport the same day but my wife passport is in admin processing since then and last case update was 8 may. Any opinion thankyou so much
