Hi.

I was just reading the affidavit of support pdf file from http://www.uscis.gov/i-864 andin the upper right corner says "Expires 03/31/2015".

I will have my interview for a CR1 visa on June and I wanted to know if there is a mistake in this file. Should I use it?

Did someone use this file and had no problem at the interview?

Maybe I am overreacting, but I just wanted to make sure it is the right one to file.

Thanks

Use it. There's no other one to use. That date is just when it's due for review, an internal control measure, it doesn't really expire. Whatever you get from the site is the latest one available.

The OMB(Office of Management and Budget) expiration date only matters internally for the USCIS. That expiration date has nothing to do with whether or not it will be acceptable for you to use. The edition date is what matters. It can be found on the bottom left of the form pages. The accepted edition dates for the forms are listed on the site where the forms can be found and downloaded.

The I-864 states this > http://www.uscis.gov/i-864

Edition Date

03/22/13. No previous editions accepted.
