So I was not expecting my case status to change to 'Approved' today so I am so excited!

We received our N01 from Texas processing centre on Oct 27 2014 and are expecting the N02 in the mail any day now:)

Does anyone have any idea about how long the process usually takes (for Australians) once the petition has been approved??

I have tickets booked for late July so I'm hoping it all happens before then so i can make my next trip the big move :)

NOA1: 10/27/15


NOA2: 05/11/15


SENT TO NVC: 05/29/15


RECEIVED BY NVC: 06/05/15


CASE NUMBER ASSIGNED: 06/08/15


LEFT NVC: 06/10/15


RECEIVED BY CONSULATE: 06/16/15


INTERVIEW: 07/16/15 - Approved!


POE: 08/03/15


MARRIED: 09/25/15


AOS SENT & EAD: 10/09/15


NOA 1 AOS: 10/16/15


BIOMETRICS: 11/09/15

Not sure how effective this website is, but it tells you the wait time. Give it a try.

The Australia consulate info on VJ says:

Approximately 10-28 days This will depend on how long it takes you to accumulate required documents and return "Applicants Statement of Readiness To Be Interviewed". Usually advertised is 2-4 months (approximately 10-28 days between readiness form sent in and scheduled interview date)

Browsing through several timelines are showing interviews at 2-3 months from the time of they got their NOA2.
