I could log in today, filled out the DS-261, and paid the AOS fee. My case number was assigned on 14-May-2015, so you can get a feel of where your case may be at.

We were assigned a case number May 1st and still stuck ? It's so frustrating!

I feel bad for you... I hope it frees up for you soon.. You might want to call and have them put your case on file ... They may take a look at it and fix it... I did... Good luck

I called today because I have been trying to pay the fee 325. since end of April. I paid the 125. fee online with out issue and assigned an agent. Today they told me to mail my payment in and keep checking the website to fo the ds form. Frustrating to say the least....

This was my biggest fear... We almost did the same as you and mailed the fee but changed our mind when we read that some people are taking up to 1 month for the check to clear... I wish you luck on a speedy process

Well Its good most of us are able to fill DS-261 and pay AOS fees....So there is sumthg happening with the NVC portal...Seem its getting fixed a little bit

What i observe is that most of people are able to pay AOS fees and fill Choice of Agent..but..I havent seen any member able to pay IV fees online after getting invoiced...That includes me too...of course i have sent the payment by money order thru mail last week....

My case is very similar to yours. We sent the IV fees last week and they received it yesterday, May 30. Right now, we can access the portal but the fee/invoice link is not available yet. We're hoping they won't take too long to process the fee and let us access the ds-260 form.
