Green Card trouble (STILL)

Good Morning,

I am just lost at words I dont know what else I can do from here.

Husband was approved the CR1 visa back in September 2014. I paid the $160 fee in October 2014. Husband finally came to the states in January 2015 and yet till this day we still have no received the green card. We have called numerous times and all they say is that they will mail him something in the mail by a certain date and nothing (2x already). We made an infopass appointment. Lost a day of work to attend this appointment with him and all they did was email. Which I do as well at the beginning of April and I never got an email back from them.

What else can we do? This is beyond ridiculous right now.

I also had to call USCIS to find out where my husbands green card was. I spoke to s supervisor who put in a service request. USCIS could see a record of the payment because of the receipt number on Ellis but no record of the card being in production. It took 30 days but he got his card. Are they showing a record of the payment on the Ellis website? Can USCIS see the payment? Ask them to put in a service request and give it 30 days to arrive.

We had called USCIS 2x and on the first call they told my husband that I never paid. My husband gave them the IOE number and they put in a service request 2x and informed him he would get something in the mail by certain dates and till this day. Nothing and those dates came and passed.
