Hey guys so I had a k1 visa denied got married in Jan this year and filed cr1 got my noa 1 just waiting on approval my question is I just Sent my marríage cert a copy of the letter they gave me a y the embassy the 221g and pics of my passport with my stamps Would that be enough evidence for uscis

That isn't even close to enough evidence, especially since you were denied the K-1.Just a note, getting married and filing a cr-1 does not mean that you will be approved, you need to overcome the reason for the denial. If it was denied because they don't believe you have a bonafide relationship the burden of proof is upon you to prove the contrary A marriage certificate just proves you were married, the 221g from the previous denial is useless(why would it be useful?) and what passport stamps?

You need to show them that you have an ongoing, REAL marriage. You need emails, skype conversations, phone records, pictures, co-mingling of finances, insurance policies, utility bills and there are many other things you can give as proof. Look at the guides above for more examples. Be prepared this time.

I dont use Skype and we dont write emails we use whatsapp I have enough evidence so far I dont have insurance only thing we have is a joint bank account the bills are under my mother name

You said you have copies of your passport stamps. Does that mean stamps of your trips to see your spouse in the US?

I've been flying over to see my husband every three months like clockwork for the past four and a half years. My passport stamps were pretty much the only evidence of bona fida marriage we included, except for a couple of affidavits from family (which really doesn't carry much weight) and the power of attorney I hold for my husband. We got our NOA2 from USCIS within the usual timeframe and without any RFEs. So yes, passport stamps of trips to see the spouse is very good evidence of a bona fida marriage, IF it's several trips and on a regular basis. If you've only traveled once or twice then it really doesn't prove much and you're better off printing out Whatsapp messages and the joint bank account.

One more thing, as I understand, the Dominican Republic is considered a high fraud country so you might wanna check out the country specific forum, as there may be additional evidence or stronger evidence needed for your embassy.

Then those passport stamps are worth more than any other evidence you have and you shouldn't really have anything to worry about for the USCIS part.
