^well to be fair this thread is a combo thread- hence the title (merged threads) It means the OP made multiple postings in the forums and the mod gathered them up and spliced them together and deposited them into a single thread.

The + one single thread containing all the information. The - (negative) one single thread containing all the information lol. when they got mashed some comments look out of place.

For K-1 visa, I would not worry unless you had conviction of domestic abuse, or 3 or more DUI's..,.,they are looking for violent crimes.,..,mainly.

Again, also, what was the drug.,.,,,.and very important.,,.."how much?"

Might be a problem at interview.,.,..I would have a lot of documentation.

OP posted at the very beginning of this thread that they were the USC.

To the OP, as other people said, read the instructions for the I-129F. There is information on there pertaining to past convictions. And congratulations on your lifestyle change! Some people die in their drug addictions and I'm glad you came out on the upper side! Keep pressing through!

It was a tough battle but thank you. 7 years clean and sober.

I never had much because at the time, sad to say I was using them. but honestly. nothing major like a high end dope dealer. Just got caught with personal use type of stuff and like I said 26,16 and 7 years ago. sorry for the multiple threads people/ kinda new but had a question about the appeal process so I didn't see the similarities but someone must have. thanks to everyone who tried to help me out.
