Hello!

Currently preparing I-485 forms for my wife (K1) and her daughter (k2)

1. For Part 5 in the I-485 form for K2, Do I put the K2's name in the "Print your full name" box and have the K2's mother sign in the "Signature" box?

2. Should I put anything in the Part 6 "Signature of Person Preparing Form, if Other than Above"?

Thanks in advance and Happy Weekend!

1.) Yes, have the mother sign and put (mother) at the end of her signature. A parent can sign for children under 14 > http://www.uscis.gov/forms/signature-requirements-uscis-forms

2) No, no need to fill out Part 6. That is used for a third party lawyer/business that fills out the forms on your behalf.
