Have a question for K-1 petitioners. I have filled out the DS-160 but when I got to the last step, upload photo, it wasn't highlighted for me to select it. I signed out, completely shut everything down and turned back on, did the same thing. Anyone else have this problem and if so how did ya fix it?

Also, one of the questions on there asks for passport book number or inventory control number, where is that at? Is it the number on bottom of bio page to right of the passport number? If so what part of that long number is the control number? I have emailed the passport office but haven't gotten reply back yet. Hoping someone here has the answers.

Have you tried another browser? The DS-160 webpage is not compatible with all browser, I think it's stated on the first page. So consider trying another browser. I use Chrome and had no issues.

Thanks for the suggestion, I have done that and it still does the same thing when I retrieve the application. It was there when I first started filling it out the other day and now it won't let me select. At a loss! Thinking I may have to start a new one... Uggggg

The passport number is the number in the top right corner of the JA passport. It starts with a letter (A) followed by 7 numbers.

Have no idea what the control number would be. We just entered passport number.

Thank you... I had the passport number, but got in touch with PICA, passport agency, and Jamaica has no inventory control or passport book number.. So now moving forward. Lol
