Yes I fixed that, anything else is being asked in the mail ?

I already provided all the evidence. except for this small mistake. I will call NVC and ask them if they can do case closed :(

it is referring to your household size, double check it. Most likely you counted someone twice.

i864 is part of financial evidence. If that is the entire mail then that's all they want fixed. Yeah try to get them to do CC and just bring it to the embassy during the interview. They might put you under supervisor review though which can take up to 42 days depending on their load. If that's the case just send it in ASAP. CC's are happening under 30 days now and since yours is a simple check list you will likely get a very quick CC. Good luck!

Phone reps do not handle cases at all so if you call and request a CC because of small issue they will most likely just put it under supervisor review. Call and ask for a supervisor directly.

can i send the documents and also call them at same time ?

You could but that might delay your case even further if you got two things going on. I would just send the new form personally.

The correct information has already been posted here on this site.

I would fill out a new I-864, and send it in with the letter of request, and make a copies of all you sent.

You think NVC will accept my request ? :(

We made similar minor mistake and got check list. We called the NVC hoping it could be corrected via phone. They said we MUST resubmit the form because it has "wet" signature on it. What ever you sign it has to be resubmitted with the signature again. They said the rest of the documents - like copies - are most likely to be requested to bring to the interview if there are any minor issues. This is the answer we got. We corrected the form and mailed it again.

It is talking about I-864.

You need to also ask yourself if you provided:

1) 3 years of tax return or tax transcript

2) Paystabs

3) Letter from the employer.

thats not true , he only have to provide the tax for one year , any extra it would be optional

We sent the document on April 24th via DHL, they received it and gave the new scan date on April 27th. Now waiting again. It shouldn't be long, I hope, as they already reviewed everything prior giving us a check list. I haven't called the NVC yet, trying to stay sane :)

I sent my AOS first, then IV documents.

So you think they reviewed everything AOS and IV, only after they sent me check list ?

or they wll send me checklist again if they find some other errors ?

Got a check list does that mean ?

[x] In Part 5. Sponsor's Household Size, please correct the following...
[x] Item 8. The household size must equal the sum of items 1 through 7.

Does this mean they checked my AOS and IV and only problem they found is above ?

I sent my AOS first and then IV after a week.

Thanks.

I see you have posted this question before and you received some pretty good answers. If you did not get the answer that you want, or unsure of what you should do, just call NVC. When I received my checklist, I called to clarify what was needed and also asked was all the other documentation ok. The agent went as far as to explain why my document was rejected and what I needed to submit to get my CC.
