So in 2012 your green card interview was denied and your husband withdrew the petition. What's happened between 2012 and now then?

No were not together, but were trying to be back to each other. I really dont know what happened after our interview. The decision all i know is that my husband wothdraw.the petition. If we back together can i have my gc?

Sounds like you're out of luck though.

is there a way to knw if he filed divorce? But i think he didnt coz When we talk he tells im his wife..im not after the gc, i just want to know if there still possibilty..

I would be too in your position considering I could be tracked down by ICE and deported as we as incur a 10 year ban.

Get real, ICE isn't going to track anyone down. Don't scare her the last thing she has to worry about is ICE.

she sounds like after GC or she has done contract marriage..... she does not wants to go back her country she wants her marraige to be fix just because she got denied for GC... sorry if i am wrong but she sounds like that.

If you're working, stop as you're not working legally. Talk to your husband, ask about reconciliation. If he says no, return home.
