With the time you spend focusing on colors you know you could put that energy into something positive and really make something of yourself ???

Good luck at getting them to do this. If you do, you are a miracle worker.

I would expect nothing less than fairness from a middle of the road guy such as yourself.

Back to the point though, I know Yale's credentials and what criteria they adhere to for a research study. What can you tell me about youtube guy?

I'm sure youtube guy's creds are spotless.

Your comment about white lives is troubling. White men, who are armed, and have KILLED people, seem to be taken without any mystery stops. The police seem to take extra precautions not to kill them, even when they're begging for it and after killing two people. Those monsters go straight to jail, alive and unharmed. They value the lives of these murderous thugs more than random black men who don't even have guns and half the time aren't doing anything, yet those guys end up dead, or severely beaten.

And yet the person who allegedly murdered the New York police officer at the weekend is still alive. This person is not white, killed a police officer and still made it to court while still breathing. How is that?

Could it be that your comparison is unfair by design?

Why are we using the OJ defense here?

What are you babbling about now?

Any rational person could see that your comparison had no sound basis. The reason the murderers tend to get apprehended alive has squat to do with race. It has been pointed out to you on many occasions, yet you stuck to it because you found it convenient. Maybe now you might reconsider? Personally, I doubt it.

Really? Let's do some comparisons shall we?

Ok, let's start with John Crawford. Black man gets shot in a Walmart on the phone with a air gun. Now Ohio is a open carry state, so getting shot should be an issue for most folks who open carry, no? I mean I wish I could find an example of a white guy in a store with a toy gun who gets shot, but I can't. But wait! Maybe this will do:

Now, maybe it's just me, but I'm curious how a man can walk into a store with an AR-15 strapped on his back(a real one) and a holstered handgun on his waist about a month after the Sandy Hook Massacre. Not to mention the AR was the EXACT same weapon used to slaughter 27 people. But this dude went in, bought his product, and left. No cops pulled up with weapons drawn and no shots. Maybe that's just me. But that's just one example.

Tamir Rice was shot and killed playing at the park with a toy gun. The cop jumped out of the vehicle and put one in his chest. Now, I wish I could find a comparison on the other end of the spectrum. But wait!

The key word here is nearly. Even when the guy didn't drop the gun, the cop took the extra precaution to grab it out of his hand, saving his life. I wonder why this couldn't be done for the 12 year old kid?

Now, you think I just make this stuff up, but I tend to do research before I open my mouth. Someone actually wrote an article about it not even a week ago. So, it's not just me that put this together.

My OJ comment was based on the silly notion that if one black person gets away with something, it tips the scale for some people. Like it can't be racist if one person makes it through.

When you can bother to make a valid comparison, then maybe you will get taken seriously. Until then, this is just so much fake outrage, simply because you know that your original comparison is false, yet you ran with it anyway, as the truth does not fit your narrative.

What evidence can you offer on the contrary? How are my comparisons not vaild?

"What we want to look at is, in that situation where people have to respond quickly, do they use race to inform their decisions," he explained in the episode.

The answer: absolutely.

"People don't make a lot of mistakes," he said, "but when we look at those mistakes we see racial bias in the errors. They're faster to shoot the unarmed target if he's black rather than white. When the target's got a cellphone, they're much more likely to make that decision, to shoot an innocent target when he's black, rather than white."

On average, 30 to 40 percent of the thousands of subjects he tested were more likely to mistake a black man's phone for a gun and to shoot to kill him than they were to make the same mistake with a white man.
