I went ahead and contacted our Senator and our Rep, who will file a case with NVC. I Agree with previous comments where we should raise our concern to people who can possibly help us get this fixed. Hopefully we are out of this soon.

The three numbers after the 2015 is the julian date it was assigned plus 500. So if yours is 621, then 621-500=121, and the julian date 121 is April 30. So your case was assigned April 30. Your friend

How did you guys contact your senator/congressman? Did you make a phone call or just send an email? I might just do that too. The wait over a system error has been way too long

Good luck Dennis8. And God bless what your about to do too. And to the rest, please if you know and you think you can reach up to your congressman and senators, please, please don't hesitate. I have a feeling something is up and common sense tells me its more than just a technical glitch.

I called my congressman today... They are looking into it and will try and get some answers as to how much longer

  • Send AOS Package : 2015-05-27
  • Receive I-864 Package : 2015-05-14
  • Submit DS-261 : 2015-05-28 ( The website was down for almost 3 weeks , no one was able to log in )

  • Checklist: 26 June 2015 [ Non-submission of DS 260] i was not able to submit it due to the website issue ]

so i want to email rep/senator but i don't know how if you guys could give me an example of en email would be nice hihi I like this idea and i think we all should do it if we can .

Haha oh yeah they say foxnews got some kind of of reputation huh? But its up to you ofcourse to search on what's happening. But who knows really what's happening. There's nothing much we can do but sit and wait, right? I just appreciate investigative journalism sometimes rather than news journalism. But oh well, good luck to all of us. Hope the CEAC site and the USCIS Case Status portals function back soon. May God bless all our applications. And thanks to all those who's making some move to inquire from their senators and congressmen. That's as far as we can do anyway, in my opinion. Edited by debi361

Hi everyone,

I'm frustrated too :crying: wish there was an emoji pulling it's hair out. I've called twice and checked my case number and invoice number and keep getting an error message too.

So they obviously haven't fixed anything!!

I called again today and got a nice person on the line. Informed me to give the site another week and she also gave me an email address to send my choice of agent, also told me of the alternate payment method and sending my packets. I might give it a week then send them all in at once.
