Ashleyscotland, how do you know your case was updated on May 20? I thought basically only way of seeing that stuff was the USCIS website? Am I missing another option for checking on if my case is being touched at all?

Marinjoe, if you register for an account and register your receipt number on the account, you get an overview where you can see the last updated time (even if the case status itself is still not working.)

Oh yeah I sent express so it would make it the next day and so I could track it. It's ok, you're gonna hear something really soon!

So while we wait, maybe we keep ourselves busy and talk about happy things about our lives that are gonna change in *hopefully* a few more months!

Is everyone planning a courthouse ceremony right after the POE? Any subsequent big wedding plans in the U.S. or out of the country once your beneficiary is able to leave?

We're just doing NYC City Hall at 1st. I'm not a big wedding person but I've got some excited family members on this end and he might get a little push on his to do something big later.

We are just going to the courthouse. I'd rather spend money on a vacation later on then a big wedding :)

Right there with you!

It's going to be a courthouse wedding for us as well! But we're actually taking a year or so post-courthouse wedding to plan a larger (yet still smaller in the grand scheme of things!) celebration. Being from the south, I'm definitely not picturing the traditional big southern wedding, but we do want some of our out-of-town/country guests to be able to celebrate with us.

Hello,

How can you see when the case was last updated?
