Oh my sincere sympathies to you. Even though you're embarrassed about what's happened, just tell your family "I was so fooled by this man." They'll support you; they're your family.

Save yourself a whole lot of further heartache and do NOT take his calls, just cut it off right now, cold, and get a divorce. You are so lucky that you didn't start the paperwork to bring him to the U.S, wow.

You can forgive him, sure. But you sure don't have to take the guy back. Trust takes a long time to build and a few seconds to destroy, and it's pretty likely that he's sorry, yeah, but could you ever forget about it? I don't think I could.

And get tested for STDs as soon as you can. :(
