I encountered this error then 9 days after we received our NOA1 via email we were able to check our status. Try registering on the site first and add your case status. just keep checking everyday. That's what I did. :)

It's a glitch in the system. Try logging in, or creating an account so you can log in. Then it will show your case number and the date anything was done with it. You can also turn on email and text alerts.

Alright guys thanks for all the concerns, its not only me but many of us. Maybe its just a system glitch. i tried signing in my acct. that i created last night, it was successfully log in but now its invalid and validation errors, same problem with what i encountered last night just to check the status. So no worry, maybe were just excited to know our case status that early. Just received our NOA1 hard copy April 16th. We'll just pray NOT to receive an RFE. Good luck to all of us. Thank you everyone.

It enlighten me up when my fiance called the CSC about our case status which has the Notice Date of March 12,2015. The lady officer approached him in a nice way, then my fiance start asking why our case takes too long to see in case status. She answered that once an officer touch the case either approval or rfe we will see it. And the waiting time is 30-45 days in CSC

This is just typical "stuff" from USCIS.,.,/NVC.,.,.why the US govt. cannot get a working website, using any browser, just use your case number, and get all the information you need.

WHY, cannot this happen..., it is because it is the USA,..,.this country is so dysfunctional in so many way.,., and so many people here trying for visas, have to suffer for a terrible

government..., I do not recall nor can find this kind of problems 7 or so years ago.,.,so what was the change? We all know..,.,...,,.
