During your medical examination in releasing portion did you double check all the detail before signing to make sure all information correct as possible and you go through all the detail before signing and SEALING it to the envelope?

Because there is a great possibility that they maybe return this medical exam of yours to St Luke for some errors and this will cost the delay in your process.

thank you greenbaum ..crossing my fingers that i will hear something this week. my husband lose his excitement coz he now in kuwait working in US governtment. actually my case has been expedited at nvc . we thought i can still be with him even a short period of time before he deploy. but sad to say he is there now on the day i had my interview at USEM. so whats tge point of coming there? I will pursue my nursing and when i find a job a will ask him to come back home find any job so we can be together. we were in kueait before for teo years. theres no permanent there. in one snap you can lose a job.

oh im sorry for telling me my story. i miss him lol. i miss us together.

Greenbaum until now theres no update on CEAC website even the status update date was still April 13 yhr day of my interview. still nothing happened for their reply "escalate to post" im worried my file had been replaced thsts why no one is checking for it. its been 4 weeks now. they didnt email me asking for more weeks to review my case. they just told me they will wait my medical result. i called twice the SLEC and emailed once i got the same answer it was forwarded april 13 thr same day of my interview

If I we're you, I gonna email them day after day after day until they gonna have proper response to you're concern, and probable called them everyday as well until they will be aware of your concern.

Most previous cases I know cause of delay is they conduct futher investigation, Just like sample of my mom before it takes 1.5months before she recieved the visa due some falsely letter the USEM recieved that concern them to conduct investigation. But Im not sure that will be the same from you case. Just Pray and have FAITH and bag a lot of patience soon sweeter and glorious success will come to those who wait and trust in GOD.

May I know what the "falsely letter" is all about?

The USEM not mentioning what is the content of the letter but they said from my mom before they need to investigate futher due to they recieve from anonymous letter that raise there concern, thats why my mom lately recieve the visa where my 2 brothers got there visas after 10days which they interviewed in same day, as far as I know they dont say anything like that anymore in today's situation...

Thats why base in our experience it is not advisable to broadcast even to the close family relatives if you have on going process visa or waiting for visa except for concern people in your visa process, we all know the CRAB MENTALITY of the filipino society this days especially to those in not good relationship to you... Envy of some other people always hate you to succeed.

USEM will always entertain and always raise there concern if they recieve any letter and that they will conduct futher investigation.

There is no benefit to emailing the embassy daily, in fact they ask that you DON'T do that. Once you get their response... just be P-A-T-I-E-N-T.

im still in AP ..status update date still the same. April 13,2015. me and my husband is losing the excitement. im calling once a week and getting the same answer. i promised to myself yo stop checking Ceac website and calling USEM. in God's will it will come. thank you all.

My husband's still under Refused. But they "touched" his file as CEAC updated the date to May 12. Interview was on May 4. Goodluck to us. I hope this waiting game would end soon. Keep us posted.
