I-134 Affidavit of support

I had a quick question about the I-134. :)

Me and my Fiance have recently been approved and got our NO2. I am currently filling out my I-134, My question is i was not working the prior 3 years due to personal issues, I have a co sponser who makes far more than enough and he has supplied all the documents he needed (transcripts, w2's ect ect) As well as his own I-134 filled out.

Do i need to provide any sort of written statement with my form to why i have not provided tax transcripts? or do I only need the I-134 filled out? If yes what should i write? (This is for the London embassy)

For London, you don't even need to provide your own I-134 if using a co-sponsor, so I doubt you need a statement explaining why you do not have tax returns. You will need to explain why you were not legally required to file for the last 3 years when it comes time for you to provide the I-864 with AOS though.
