Ok...so, when Matt was 15 he was arrested for graffiti back in England. So...I marked "yes" to being arrested & wrote an explanation. Well, in the instructions it says I need an official statement from the arresting agency or applicable court order. All we have is his police certificate that gives no real explanation. I'm so confused. Can anyone help?

Interview Result: missing paperwork. Took a few weeks for them to get back to his case because of the holidays.

K-1 Approval: 2015-01-15

Visa Received: 2015-01-21

US Entry: 2015-01-29

Marriage: 2015-04-23

I think what you need is the police certificate and a subject access report which details whatever is on the certificate.

I don't think they ask for the SO until the interview, I may be wrong though.. perhaps someone else knows for sure :)

A subject access report from ACPO should detail the incident. I'm surprised you didn't need one for the interview in London. Did you say yes to that question on the DS-160?
