Will this be enough documents: I-130 for wife.

Hey.

We're almost done preparing for our I130 application and just wanted to list some stuff we have now. These are what we have already.

1. Form 1-130 completed and signed

2. Photocopy of Naturalization certifcate

3. Form G325a for both of us

4. Our passport style photos

5. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate

6. Evidence of bona fide marriage

- skype logs

- print out of my phone logs calling my wife (tmobile online)

- photocopies of Western Union transfer receipts (for the last 6 months)

- copy of the iterinary receipt of the flight my wife booked for us when we're still bf/gf, and printout of the hotel reservations

- pictures of us together from that trip. Wedding pictures. With family. (25 all in all)

- the itenary printout of the last time I visited my wife (Sept 2014)

We've been together since 2010. And got married last December 2013. I send her flowers through online before we got married many many times. If I can get a hold of thoae transactions will it help establish our bona fide relationship more?

the flower receipts will not make that big of a difference. the pictures are good but 25 is a little to much (but that is just my opinion). You might want to send less pictures and save some pictures to bring to the interview when you get to that stage. the phone logs are good and the chat logs are good too

Itinerary are ok but they do not really prove that you actually went there or stay at the hotel. If you include copies of the stamps in your passport that would make the Itinerary a lot stronger and a receipt from the hotel instead of just the itinerary will be good too

It still looks like it will be ok for evidence

Thank you j&ana. I also think that 25 is too many but we really have a LOT of pictures together, with families, since I always come visit during the holidays.

Actually I made a mistake about the itinerary, I actually meant that I have the hotel reservation confirmation in my email with our names on it and also the airplane reservations. But it was on my wife's maiden name since we werent married yet at that time (2012). I was wondering if that is okay to as an evidence.

Like j&ana already said, booking confirmation of hotel and airplane booking doesn't prove you travelled anywhere, they're just booking confirmations. They most likely will still accept them but best proof for trips are hotel receipts and boarding passes, with number one proof actually being the passport stamps you get when entering the country. You say you have visited every holiday, showing passport stamps for that will be really really good proof of bona fidas of marriage. No need to front load your petition. Those regular trips you do to see each other are the best proof you can show, they'll be worth more than all the other proof you have combined.

You should update your timeline though. You're doing a CR-1 visa right, not naturalisation process?

The boarding passes with you and her will be real good evidence. I use boarding pass when me and my wife travel from manila to cebu .It was in her maiden name as it was before we got married.

And yes, Im doing CR1 visa, just right now I'm gathering documents for our I-130 packet. I just very recently finished my naturalization process that's I haven't had the extra time to do my CR1 Visa timeline. But I will ☺

Hi.

I have another question. Since I don't want to start another thread and congest the forums, I will just continue on here besides I started this thread anyway so..

My question is, about the photos I have to send with the I-130 packet. 25 pieces of photos I know is a bit too much, but what if I make it into a photo page? Like paste them on a word document. Say 2 pics per page. Or even 4 pics in one page. More like a grid/collage type. Then print it out on a normal bond paper. Is that okay? Or will the USCIS want A4 types of pictures on a glossy paper?

How did you guys do yours? Thanks again.

Can you add her to your car insurance? My husband got a better rate because he was married and added me. Can you add her to your bank accounts or credit cards? Can you name her the beneficiary of life insurance?

I do have insurance and I have her as the benefiary. Thanks for the tip.

You can do it that way. I sent a sheet with 4 pictures on it, then I also included a some pictures separately too
