Ok so just to be clear my best option is to file an I-130 accompanied by a G-325A? Doing that will get her the CR-1 visa?

It doesn't get her the visa but it starts the process

yes file a i-130 petition. You will also need two g-325a forms sign by each one. A passport photo from each one Copy of your birth certificate or complete passport and marriage certificate. For the philippines the marriage certificate needs to be the NSO copy or you might get a RFE (request for evidence) letter

Also you can and should send in some proof of your relationship

such as pictures,boarding passes. Passport stamps chat and text logs or anything else you think will help prove your relationship

Once approved your case will go to the nvc. You will need to send more stuff to the nvc later

After the Nvc it will go to the embassy where your wife will have her interview

Since your wife is from the Philippines. The whole process Could be fairly fast

My wife has her interview in may. I sent the I-130 in october 2014 about 8 months time for my wife visa

yes if you check other countries timeline. Normally it will take over a year at least for the visa, but because of the typhoons a lot of the Philippines petitions are expedited.

the visa process does not happen overnight If you think you will just send in the I-130 and two weeks later your wife is here then you should do some reading and researching first.

yes. of course there are a few lengthy steps involved but basically yeah.
