I don't that will help much as it will depend on the person you reviews your case. Also as a general note, when they interview your for citizenship, some of them can be quite aggressive in their questioning.

If you got your green card after the maximum age to register you have no worries. You just need to show the date of your first green card.

You should have filed. Now you will have wait until you are 32. There is no reason given, for not registering. You say you cannot wait, well.,.,.,.,.I am afraid you have no choice!
